It has been almost two years since Anna Nicole Smith died, but the numerous lawsuits are still very much alive in the legal world, with no end in sight. In court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com today, Larry Birkhead stated in a sworn declaration in support of Daniel K. Stern whom is suing Mark Speers, a former associate of Birkhead's attorney, Debra Opri.

Birkhead states in his sworn declaration that, "Mark Speer's story that I stated to Bahamaian Police, to himself, or to others, that Howard K. Stern stole millions of dollars from Anna Nicole by money funneling.....is absolutely false." Other items of interest are that Birkhead states he never wanted Stern investigated for the death of Daniel, Anna Nicole's son.

Stern also says in his sworn declaration that Mark Speers is lying about claims that Stern drugged Anna Nicole, and that Stern had no criminal involvement in the death of Daniel. This ongoing saga will be heard in Los Angeles County Superior Court on February 3rd.
