According to People magazine, the 36 year-old actress will wed her guy of more than a year, David Bugliari, an agent at the Creative Arts Agency.

Bugliari reportedly proposed with a ring custom-made by Jim Lavi at Daniel Jewelry in La Jolla, based on a design by Bugliari.

This will be the second time down-the-aisle for Milano, who split from hubby Cinjun Tate in 1999.

Milano has most recently been in seen in NBC's "My Name is Earl" as Earl's wife Billie, who left him to join a religious commune.
