Mickey Rourke and Sam Rockwell are up for roles as bad guys in Iron Man 2, set to be released in 2010.
The 52 year-old Rourke, who can be seen in the critically acclaimed film The Wrestler, would reportedly be cast as Whiplash, a Russian villain possessing lethal, technologically augmented coils. (For you non comic book fans, we have no idea what that means either!)
And 40 year-old Rockwell, who stars in Frost/Nixon, would be playing super rich businessman Justin Hammer, an enemy of Tony Stark/Iron Man.

Jon Favreau, who directed the first hugely successful Iron Man, will be doing the same for the sequel.
In addition, Terrence Howard, who played Stark's friend Jim Rhodes, has been replaced by Don Cheadle.
