Hustler founder Larry Flynt has sued a couple of family members in California Federal Court over the right to use the Flynt name to sell porn.
The 66 year-old publisher demands that nephews Jimmy Flynt II and Dustin Flynt stop selling Flynt-branded videos such as Sex at Your Service. The lawsuit claims the men are trying to cash in on his name and standing in the biz and that they are not renowned in and of themselves.
