Not A Good Time For Punishers

(Photo: Splash News Online) First, the new Punisher film came out and bombed. Now, the actor who played the character in the previous film, Thomas Jane, is getting the boot from wife Patricia Arquette.

The 40 year-old star of TV's The Medium cited irreconcilable differences in a filing in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday. The couple has been married 2 and a half years and has a 5 year old daughter, Harlow.

Arquette is not asking for any financial compensation and has asked the court to rule likewise for Jane. Repping the actress is Laura Wasser, who also handled the splits of Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie, and Nick Lachey among many others.
