'NASCAR Hotties' are coming to TV!
Okay, it's not going to be called that, but you know it's what the upcoming TLC show NASCAR Wives is all about.
The new series is one of the increasing number of shows that fall in the 'docusoap' category about fill-in-the-blank wives, such as The Real Housewives of Orange County on Bravo and Army Wives on Lifetime.
(Coming soon is the Real Wives of Bloggers. Ok, that's not possible.)
In terms of NASCAR: "Throughout a 10-month season, the drivers' wives are the glue holding together each racing family," NASCAR spokesperson Jay Abraham says. "This show provides an honest and emotional peek into their experience with our sport."
The wives include DeLana Harvick (wife of Kevin), Shana Mayfield (wife of Jeremy), Angie Skinner (wife of Mike) and -- a bit of a cheat, but she's got the name -- Kelley Earnhardt (sister of Dale Earnhardt Jr)
