Maw Gets Wider

For videogamers eager to devour everything in sight, Twisted Pixel's announcement regarding the Xbox Live Arcade game Maw is tasty indeed!
According to joystiq.com, Pixel is getting set to release three new levels for the hugely popular action/adventure game, which features a blue alien named Frank who leads the purple blob Maw around the world, eating and growing.
The levels cost $1.25 each and are positioned as 'deleted scenes' from the first game. Winners get one new achievement for each of the new levels, which are:
Brute Force: Bounty Hunters field a dangerous new team, the Brutes, to stop Frank and Maw.
River Redirect: Frank and Maw need to divert the river to flow past a wildfire.
Speeder Lane: Frank and Maw must hijack a Bounty Hunter Speeder and smash it through a blockade.
Maw won the 2008 Audience choice award at the annual gamer festival PAX10, and is now a finalist at the Independent Games Festival in 2009.
