Kelly Rutherford Back In Court

UPDATE: 1:34PM - The judge has just ruled that Kelly Rutherford can take her son to NYC this weekend.
Daniel can have two overnights per week in February and three overnights in March. The judge is hoping in April the couple will split custody of Hermes every other day.
Kelly Rutherford's morning got off to a bumpy start when she set off metal detectors and joked that it was the baby (she's pregnant). She told RadarOnline.com on the way inside that she hopes "this whole thing ends today."
The Gossip Girl matriarch is on the stand now and we're in the courtroom. Kelly just said she is concerned her husband, Daniel Giersch will flee the country. She also complimented Daniel, calling him the "Baby Whisperer". Daniel is a pro at getting Hermes to sleep.
The Judge is expected to rule today if Kelly can travel with Hermes to New York this weekend. She leaves Sunday to shoot Gossip Girl.
