The war between Jessica Simpson and Speedfit CEO Alex Astilean has exploded.
RadarOnline.com has just exclusively obtained a letter from the bank that will be foreclosing on Astilean's Hamptons home. The Speedfit CEO claims he can't pay his mortgage and is broke as a result of his ongoing legal battle with the Simpson clan.
Astilean received a letter from Joe Simpson's attorney this morning basically saying that Astilean should stop talking to the media.
Alex tells RadarOnline.com, "Joe Simpson wanted to steal my treadmill system, and push me aside. Joe wanted it to be Mike Alexander, Jessica's trainer, and him only. Jessica has spoken to other media outlets saying that she was coming out with her own treadmill, but its mine she is talking about. They always wanted my system and build it with other companies."
A legal conference call involving Speedfit, Jessica's camp and a judge is scheduled for February 5th. RadarOnline.com will be monitoring the story.
The unreleased DVD cover for SpeedFit Alex Astilean, CEO of Speedit has exclusively provided RadarOnline.com with the cover of the fitness DVD featuring Jessica Simpson that has never been released. Alex tells us, "They never approved the artwork, they didn't like it, never approving any changes that they requested."
Alex has some advice for Jessica's weight woes, "Jessica needs to use Speedfit system for only 4 hours and she would be able to fit into her Daisy Dukes again." Astilean bases this on Jessica doing the workouts for 10 minutes each, and 24 workouts, totaling 4 hours.
