The divorce between Hulk Hogan and Linda Bollea has degenerated into a wrestling match over a maintenance worker.

Bollea claims that Hogan was supposed to pay for employee George Cruz to work at her home.

However, according to Bollea's attorneys, the 55 year-old Hogan has reportedly been bringing Cruz to his house and making "unreasonable requests" for him to do extra work.

The work includes Hogan making Cruz help his new girlfriend move into his beach house, as well as walking her dogs several times a day.

In addition, the motion alleges Hogan asks Cruz to keep him appraised of when his ex-wife's visitors come and go, and which rooms they stay in. Furthermore, she claims, Hogan stopped paying Cruz for the work. Bollea insists that he be put in the Pinellas County Jail until he pays up.

However, Hogan's lawyer's say that Bollea's complaints are a waste of time and his own filing maintains that his "unreasonable requests" are actually normal.

"George has always taken care of the parties' animals and he, knowing that the husband has had back injuries, has always helped with moving large boxes," the filing said. "George Cruz is not a spy for the husband."

Hogan's lawyer David Houston calls the matter "a ridiculous waste" of time and money.
