House Star Cuts In Line

Jesse Spencer, who plays Dr. Chase on House, had to break some rules to get to the Golden Globes yesterday.
The Aussie star, who turns 30 on February 12, was in his limo with a driver who wasn't sure how to get his passenger through the crowd to the Beverly Hilton Hotel where the event was taking place. The two drove around for a half hour before getting into a line of limos...that just sat there.
Spencer had enough.

"It was going to be about an hour to get in," he said. "I jumped out, jaywalked across Wilshire (Boulevard), with cops everywhere and then they wouldn't let me in because I didn't have credentials.
"I walked around, snuck in the back way," he said, adding -- obviously -- "I just don't like lines."
