Paula Goodspeed (L), fanatical fan of Paula Abdul An autopsy on 30 year-old Paula Goodspeed -- who killed herself last November while parked in front of the home of American Idol judge Paula Abdul -- has revealed some expected and not-so-expected results.
The former Idol contestant overdosed on Prozac and two other drugs, including a prescription to treat schizophrenia. The post-mortem examination also found a number of piercings and body art, some of which were drawn with paint and makeup.

But the shocker, according to The Smoking Gun is that deputy medical examiner Vladimir Levicky reports, "another tattoo is found over the inner aspect of the lower lip. It appears to read the name 'Paula Abdul.'"
Abdul had no comment on the findings.
