RadarOnline.com, spoke exclusively with Alex Astilean, CEO of Speedfit company that produced a 2004 fitness DVD of Jessica Simpson that has never been released. Astilean is currently suing the Simpson clan for $10 million dollars, and he told us, "If the Simpson's would release the fitness DVD and issue me a public apology, I will drop the lawsuit against them. I never have had the vision of suing someone in my entire life."

Astilean claims that there is a personal vendetta against him that is being waged by Jessica's father-manager, Joe Simpson. Astilean tells us that mainstream entertainment outlets have wanted to interview him about the lawsuit, but that the Simpson camp threatens legal action against any of the shows that air footage from the video. "There is a cover-up going on of trying to prevent my side of the story from being told," Astilean tells us.

Calls seeking comment from Jessica Simpson haven't been returned.
