Barbara Houston claims that Whitney unlawfully kept the cash from John Houston's 1 million dollar insurance policy.
According to the lawsuit, the 45-year-old singer was supposed to pay off the mortgage on her dad's New Jersey condominium with $723,000 of the insurance money.
