Dylan McDermott, who played hunky attorney Bobby Donnell on TV's The Practice, finalized his divorce on Tuesday from wife Shiva Rose.
McDermott acted as his own lawyer in the divorce, according to court documents.
The 47-year-old actor filed for divorce last summer after nearly 13 years, citing "irreconcilable differences."
Although the judge signed off on the break up, McDermott isn't officially single until Jan. 2, after the legally required 6-month waiting period.

McDermott and Rose, 39, were married in 1995 and separated in March 2007.
The L.A. Superior Court papers don't reveal who gets custody of the couple's daughters, ages 12 and 3. McDermott had sought joint custody in the original divorce filing.
