Never heard of XIII? Don't feel bad. It's a French-Belgian comic book that has had very limited distribution in English. It's about the assassination of the first female U.S. president and the discovery of someone who may have been involved -- someone who is found in a forest, wounded, with amnesia, and no form of ID except for a XIII tattooed on his neck.

XIII first appeared in the Belgian magazine Spirou in 1984. To date, there have been 19 volumes.
