The emphasis on 'these days.'
"I have no intention of taking drugs again at the moment," she told the U.K.'s Observer Music Monthly, adding that she's been clean since mid-September. "I can't say 'Never again,' because I don't know where I'll be in 10 years' time. And I will definitely drink in the future, just not for awhile."
The singing sensation is about to release her second album It's Not Me, Its You.
She adds that one of her driving problems is insecurity. She was always sensitive about her appearance, something that celebrity magnified.
"I read all the stuff that people were writing about me and I started to get a different view. I mean, I never thought I was supermodel or anything, but I didn't think I was quite as unattractive as people were saying!"
You're a looker, Lil, though not so much when you're staggering out of a club in the wee hours.
