Judge Slams Jodie

An Orange County, California judge has just ruled that 26 year-old Full House star Jodie Sweetin may not visit her 8 month-old daughter Zoie without supervision.
The judge made the decision after Sweetin's estranged husband Cody Herpin, 31, said the actress was an unfit mother, a charge stemming from Sweetin having allegedly driven intoxicated with the infant in the car.
Jodie is an admitted meth addict and alcoholic who lives with her folks. At least one parent must be present during those visits.

A doctor testified that Jodie still had a problem, but said that Jodie has been attending AA and is in contact with her AA sponsor. People Magazine reports that an attorney for Cody, Robert Benavente, says their concern is "primarily alcohol but there's also concern regarding methamphetamines."
The couple was married for nearly a year-and-a-half.
