Jodie Sweetin Divorce Not So Sweet

Details of actress Jodie Sweetin's failed marriage to Cody Herpin have been revealed in new court papers.
"Our house is in foreclosure, our water has been shut off twice. Currently, all of our other utilities are overdue," the actress stated in the legal document.
"He kept finding one excuse after another for his failure to even attempt to find employment," she said of Herpin, a film industry transportation coordinator who stopped working once they were married.
The 26-year-old Full House actress said that residuals from her show and help from her parents kept them from going broke.
Sweetin has requested a court order permitting her to get her belongings from Herpin, including clothes and toys for Zoie, their 7-month-old daughter, since the actress is concerned that her ex "will become very emotional and possibly erratic."
However, in his only on camera interview, Herpin told us that Sweetin refuses to talk to him and that he was a stay at home dad. Watch the excusive interview with Herpin.
Herpin wants sole custody of Zoie, as well as spousal support.
A hearing a mediation session is scheduled for Feb. 9.
