According to the daughter of actor Peter Falk, the famed star of TV's Colombo is no longer able to run his own life due to Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
Catherine Falk, who recently filed legal papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims that the 81 year-old Hollywood legend "requires full-time custodial care for his health and safety."
In the papers Catherine also expressed concern that the star of The Princess Bride "can easily be deceived into transferring away property" and feels that a conservatorship will protect Peter from "fraud or undue influence."
