(Photo: Splash News Online) Oscar-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss has decided to sue his father and uncle over a loan that they apparently never paid back.

Dreyfuss, who gave them an $870,000 advance in 1984 to help with a 13-story office building they own in downtown LA, is seeking $4 million, taking into account repayments, interest fees, and damages.

According to the 60-year-old Dreyfuss his father, Norman, and uncle Gilbert, acted with "fraud" and "malice" by not giving him access to the building's accounting records that would indicate if he made a profit from the investment.
