(Photo: Splash News Online) Britney Spears' birthday party on Tuesday night was -- well, like a three-ring circus.
Celebrating her 27th birthday and the release of her new album Circus, Tenjune in New York City was turned into a huge big top, right down to the jugglers and cotton candy machines with the singer's name on the side.
If you were one of the unfortunate few who had to stand outside, there was a big screen with circus images.

Britney was all smiles and good cheer as she hobnobbed with mom Lynne Spears, manager Larry Rudolph, and celebs like Lance Bass, Jeremy Piven, and Ciara.
The cake, natch, was decked with circus sparklers. When she huffed and puffed, she tells Entertainment Tonight she wished for "A million more wishes! Definitely!"
