A busboy who has worked at Justin Timberlake's Southern Comfort restaurant is suing the pop star for not paying him a legal wage.
Felipe Ramales, who worked at the restaurant for close to a year, said that he clocked over 40 hours a week without being paid overtime.
In addition, the federal lawsuit claims that other employees weren't given a proper share of tips from parties with six or more customers.
