Timberlake Gets A Tip

A busboy who has worked at Justin Timberlake's Southern Comfort restaurant is suing the pop star for not paying him a legal wage.
Felipe Ramales, who worked at the restaurant for close to a year, said that he clocked over 40 hours a week without being paid overtime.
In addition, the federal lawsuit claims that other employees weren't given a proper share of tips from parties with six or more customers.

Timberlake's publicists had no immediate comment, but Southern Comfort's managers say that all workers were actually paid over the minimum wage.
