Jackson Makes A Deal

First, Michael Jackson was too ill to testify in London in a lawsuit filed by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Khalifa. Then, the King of Pop was good to go. Now comes round three.
"As Mr. Jackson was about to board his plane to London, he was advised by his legal team to postpone his travels since the parties had concluded a settlement in principle," Jackson's London spokeswoman said. "Therefore, he will not be attending court on Monday."
