Fires Claim Star Home

The remains of the Lloyd home. (Photo: Splash News Online) Back to the Future star Christopher Lloyd has lost his $6 million house to fire, one of the many destroyed by the massive Montecito blaze.
Other homes jeopardized in the blaze included those of Jeff Bridges, Michael Douglas, Oprah Winfrey, and Rob Lowe.
Lowe said that his wife was out shopping when she called with the warning: "The mountain's on fire!"

Lowe says he put the kids in the car, pulled from the driveway and saw "flames shooting 200 feet in the air. There was literally no warning. It came out of nowhere."
