Dump Your Date, Thanks to iPhone

We love technology but iPhone has taken that love to an entirely new level. The latest, greatest app for the phone is called Fake Calls and guarantees your graceful exit from a bad date or boring business meeting.
Available from iTunes App Store, Fake Calls lets you input a time for you to receive a call on your phone. It's from yourself, of course, so you'll have to fake that it's an emergency from Aunt Rose or your best friend and then take it somewhere else. When you're finished, you can explain that you need to go take care of something right now.

The app will cost you 99 cents -- a bargain considering how much money you might waste when that MySpace date who looks nothing like their pic walks into Starbucks.
