A new warrant has been issued for the arrest of Emily Leatherman, the John Cusack fanatic who was charged with stalking the Say Anything star. The 33 year-old has allegedly violated a restraining order.
"We revoked probation last week and issued a bench warrant for her arrest," said a court clerk.
According to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, Leatherman ignored the order which forbade her to come near Cusack's home and businesses for the next decade.

This is not a new situation. Cusack claimed that Leatherman had been stalking him for over a year and a half, throwing love letters onto his property and threatening to do herself harm if he didn't contact her.
Last month Leatherman had initially pleaded no contest in exchange for five years' probation, mandatory psychiatric counseling and the restraining order. The event that prompted this new warrant has not been disclosed.
