Bachelor winner Mary Delgado has been released from jail after being arrested for disruptive behavior in a southwest border-town.
The former NFL cheerleader, who in a 2004 episode of The Bachelor accepted a televised proposal from bass fisherman Byron Velvick, was taken into custody in Del Rio after refusing to leave a bar.
The 41-year-old, who was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest, was released roughly an hour later.

However, this is not the first time Delgado has run afoul of the law. She was also arrested last year for reportedly hitting a man she lived with.
No wonder she was on The Bachelor.
