Just in time for Christmas '07, the State Department has released a helpful list of gifts President Bush received last year, just to make sure, you know, that if you were thinking of buying prez some Huszár riding boots monogrammed with a W, you can see that he already has a pair—courtesy of Hungarian Prime Minister Ferenc Gyuresány.
The report, out Tuesday, lists gifts valued at over $300, so there's no way of knowing if you send W. one of those nifty Blackwater tree ornaments, or even the Bush Jesus pillow, you'll be the first in doing so (probably not). Of course, most world leaders are high rollers, like the former Prime Minister of Japan, Junichiro Koizumi, who gave W. an electric-power-assisted bicycle (is that some kind of hint about global warming?) and a set of Elvis Presley CDs.
