Woody Allen was in court Monday, sticking it to Dov Charney and the mutton-chopped Polaroidist's company, American Apparel. The filmmaker is suing Charney & Co. for $10 million, claiming he never consented to have his likeness (a shot of Allen from Annie Hall dressed as a Hasidic Jew) used for AA billboards or Web ads to hawk slutty, over-priced cotton separates.
