FRIENDLY CRITICISM Bush and Ford • Another Bush critic: In an interview from 2004 with Bob Woodward that is just being printed now, the late president Gerald Ford expressed concern over the administration's justifications for going to war, calling the emphasis on WMDs a "big mistake."
