WILL TO POWER Arnett (Photo: Getty Images) On the eve of the latest Will Farrell-as-assclown movie, Semi-Pro, the New York Daily News' Sean Evans talks to one of its stars, actor and Poehler bear Will "GOB" Arnett about "retards," Polio, and the funniest comedian on the planet, his wife, Amy.

A rabbit, in so much as we can tell, was not pulled from a hat. No one was sawed in half or buried alive, only to escape. Evans did, however, share a fun bit with Radar that didn't quite make the final version of the story. He asked Arnett about Devon Banks, the gay jerkwad studio exec he plays on 30 Rock and what NBC—and its chief Jeff Zucker in particular—think about him playing a character that's both astoundingly real and representative of everything that's wrong with the TV industry.
