Plenty of people took issue with Senate majority leader Harry Reid's pronouncement that the war in Iraq is a lost cause, but no one did so more nonsensically than Peter Hoekstra, the Republican who represents Michigan's 2nd District in Congress.
"If Harry Reid believes that this war is lost, where is his plan to win this war?" demanded Hoekstra, according to the New York Times.
