BOUNCY Davis
On top of substance abuse, eating disorders, and caught-on-tape tirades, young Hollywood celebs like Brandon Davis have another specter on the horizon: bad credit.
Brandon Davis has just been served with a lawsuit by the Atlantis Paradise Resort and Casino for $75,000 in unpaid debts. Davis apparently gave the casino a check to cover his disastrous luck at the tables, but it was returned bearing the stamp "Non-Sufficient Funds."
It happens to the best of us. But Davis, heir to a reported $5.8 billion fortune, has a history of bouncing checks and recently ripped off Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis for $10,000 with another dud check. Could he be following in his pal Paris Hilton's footsteps, the billionaire heiress who was unable to pay a $208 a month storage fee? It was further revealed, after the contents of her unit were made public, that she had drained her checking account of all but $9.26 in the past.
