Tatum O'Neal Penalized $95 for Trying to Buy Crack

If you're Tatum O'Neal, it's two half-day sessions in a drug treatment program and a $95 court fee.
The karaoke-loving former child star, who has been open about her protracted battle with drugs, ended up pleading guilty to a measly violation instead of the original misdemeanor she was charged with, which explains the light sentence. "I'm just glad that I got the deal that I got," she said. "My lawyer did a good job."
