In a press release from the Republican side of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform late yesterday, Rep. Tom Davis (R-VA) has highlighted the nefarious little details of Berger's theft of terrorism records from the National Archive, which many say shorted or distorted the information provided to the 9/11 Commission.
