John McCain's selection of Sarah Palin for the GOP ticket is good news for Kaylene Johnson, author of Sarah: How a Hockey Mom Turned Alaska's Political Establishment Upside Down; her biography is moving many copies over at Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Palin apparently approves of the book, which is good news for Johnson, because it means that the governor is unlikely to try to ban it. Because, according to her neighbors, Palin likes to ban books. She's a book-banner. If there's a book she disagrees with, she'll try to get it banned. Just filling in some of the gaps here, people.
