MONEY FARM The Texas Billionaire's 123-acre Simi Valley Ranch

Texas's stinking rich son David Saperstein and his estranged wife Suzanne have managed to set aside differences long enough to put their 123-acre Simi Valley, California, horse ranch on the market. Surely, a price tag of $75 million helps smooth over old wounds.

Known as the Hummingbird Nest Ranch and used for the filming of The Biggest Loser, the complex sits in a rocky valley 40 miles North of Beverly Hills. In addition to the 12,500-square-foot monster mansion, there are six guest houses, 10 staff houses, and horse mega-stables with riding rings and a 20,000-square-foot barn with 37 stalls for the thoroughbred ponies.

Built in 2004, the compound is like its own desert town—there are three private water wells, a water treatment plant, two fuel storage tanks, scores of solar panels, and naturally, a helipad.

The soon to be divorced couple also have their Versailles inspired 45,000-square-foot Holmby Hills mansion on the market for a staggering $125 million. Just in case, you know, you were looking for a bit more space.
