Samantha Power Stresses that She Totally Loves Hillary Clinton

Samantha Power, the Pulitzer Prize-winning genocide expert and Obama foreign policy adviser who resigned after calling Hillary Clinton "a monster" and was then profiled in the New York Times section because she played varsity squash at Yale and is pretty, gave her first interview since leaving the campaign trail on The Colbert Report last night. Power reiterated that Clinton is not, in fact, a monster, saying, "We have three amazing candidates left in the race." Colbert tried to get her to brand Hillary as "a good monster like Cookie Monster," but Power wouldn't play along, meaning the lasting legacy of this "scandal" will likely be that no one from either the Clinton or Obama camp will say anything even remotely interesting or truthful about the other side until a candidate emerges.
