Newswoman Paula Zahn is making some sexy news of her own. The CNN star is divorcing her husband of 20 years, real-estate developer Richard Cohen, and is said to be seeing a new man, Conti Group CEO Paul Fribourg.

Speaking for both Zahn and Cohen, publicist Howard Rubenstein confirmed, "They are planning to divorce." However, he added, "In the interest of their children, they will not discuss it any further." (The couple has three children; Fribourg has four of his own.)

Animal lovers may view the disruption of Zahn and Cohen's domestic bliss as karmic payback. As head of the co-op board for 927 Fifth Avenue, Cohen led the effort to evict , a red-tailed hawk beloved by Central Park bird watchers, and his mate, Lola, from a nest on the roof of the building. Although the co-op board eventually succumbed to public pressure and built the pair a new nest to replace the one that had been removed, the two hawks have not bred successfully again in that location.

Fribourg could not be reached for comment. An assistant in his office said he was on vacation last week and was not scheduled to return today—just like Zahn, who returns to the air tonight.
