FOOT THE BILL? Neville's place Never before has glitz and gaudiness carried such a high asking price: $8 million, to be precise, for the Versace-themed rural Lancashire (outside of Manchester) house of British soccer stud Phil Neville and his wife Julie. You can't miss it. It has the couple's initials emblazoned on the gigantic iron and gold gates out front. (That'll be a bitch for the divorce court to divide one day.) But their utter lack of taste and modesty doesn't end there! Inside, gold-colored carpets are custom woven with the couple's initials. All told, the four bedroom, six bathroom, 9,500-square-foot pad has more gold highlights than Mr. T.
