Despite tight security, the Beijing Olympics full dress rehearsal was breached yesterday by a Korean film crew (dunno, maybe all Asians do look alike). The video captured a good portion of the ceremony which, according to the report, cost China more than $300 million, three years of planning, and 10,000 people to produce. And was the bang worth the buck? Imagine if the Cirque Du Soleil copulated with Chinese New Year and popped out a screaming light show—yeah, it's awesome. Nods to China's rapid industrialization, cultural history, and kinda creepy mass Kung Fu were expected, but who knows what's up with the sea animal spectacular?
