The littlest Hilton, Nicky, wasn't partying at the VMAs last night. Instead she was debuting her fashion line, Nicholai, at the Tents in New York, extending the Hilton franchise one sparkly dress at a time. Kathy and Rick Hilton, beaming from the front row, seemed a little anxious about a barrage of questions from the press, however, and required several large and imposing security fellows to keep the hacks at bay.

For her part, the currently blonde Nicky revealed a collection of clothes that seemed to scream "Take my photograph!" loaded as they were with blinding crystals and fringe and basically turning the models into human chandeliers. But in spite of the fact that Hilton's line may not be seriously high fashion, she did manage to pull in the seriously high fashion models, with Irina Lazareanu, Jessica Stam, and Tanya D all braving the bling.

After the show, the Hilton girls' parents diffused questions on why Paris, usually a mainstay during the madness at Bryant Park, was conspicuously absent, saying only, "Tonight is Nicky's night."

Still no word on her favorite position either.
