Downtown Manhattan's own Moby is coming home—back below 14th Street, that is.
Not long ago, the ubiquitous DJ bought a $4.5 million penthouse in the landmark El Dorado building on Central Park West. Last week, we reported that he put the uptown spot back on the market for $7.5 million. Today, Moby confirms he's moving back south.
"I was born in Manhattan," Moby tells RadarOnline.com, "and up until recently I'd never lived north of 14th Street. Two and a half years ago I decided to buy an old and remarkable apartment in a venerable building (the El Dorado) on Central Park West to see what life was like north of 14th street. But after years of renovating it and living in it, I've decided that I'm more comfortable downtown."

A $3 million profit can't hurt, either.
