Fame might last a mere 15 minutes, but Andy Warhol's scent will apparently linger on.
As WWD sub. req. reports today, New York fragrance company Bond No. 9 is working on a new collection based on Pop Art icon and Factory founder Andy Warhol. It's hardly the first Warhol-inspired fragrance, but this time the manufacturer is working in cooperation with the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, which is currently mired in a $20 million price-fixing lawsuit. The company plans to release the first of its unisex perfumes, "Andy Warhol Silver Factory," in December.
