Maxim "Reviews" Another Album

Have you heard Nigger, the edgily titled latest effort from rapper Nas? Probably not, as the Queensbridge native hasn't finished recording it yet. But that minor technicality didn't prevent Maxim from giving it a two-and-a-half star rating in their March issue. You know what else got the exact same rating in that issue? The Black Crowes' album Warpaint, which, coincidentally, Maxim also didn't listen to before reviewing.

To be fair, the mag did note that Nigger contains some "radio friendly" beats, which is probably true; Nas has indeed recorded a number of singles in his time, some of which have received significant radio airplay!
