DO THE COLLAPSE Mrs. Ritchie • Heart(ache) problems?: The stress of rumors about her marital problems, the A-Rod affair, and her brother's tell-all book are reportedly taking their toll on Madonna's physical and emotional health. A source tells the Sun: "She feels nobody has taken her side.... She has been feeling low and looking really gaunt." Madge's been resting up with Gwyneth Paltrow in the Hamptons, so maybe this "gaunt" thing is infectious?
• To catch a mass murderer: After nearly 13 years in hiding, most-wanted-war-criminal Radovan Karadzic has been arrested. The Bosnian Serb is charged with genocide for his role in the massacre of an estimated 8,000 Bosnian Muslim men in Srebrenica in 1995.
• Fight Knight: Dark Knight star Christian Bale stands accused of assaulting both his mother and sister the night before the European premiere of the blockbuster. Cops graciously waited till after the screening to discuss the attacks.
