Larry David on Hillary: "Keep That Crazy Bitch Off The Phone"
Oct. 27 2008, Published 7:07 a.m. ET
Any piece by Larry David on Hillary Clinton is bound to be amusing and at least mildly sexist; riffs exploiting stereotypes are his calling card. So when the writer/comedian takes issue with the candidate's "unhinged," "Sybillish," obsessive personality—juxtaposed with the "unflappable," ice-veined Barack Obama—and notes that she needs to "put on a sarong and some sun block and get away from things for a while, a nice beach somewhere—somewhere far away, where there are ... no phones," everyone should remember that he's a professional. At least at the sexism part. The whole "humor" thing seems to have gotten a little rusty. HuffPo
