SHE TAKES THE HEAT Stephanie (Photo: Bravo) Bacon ice cream! Foie gras foam! Banana scallops! It must be the Top Chef finale. It took four seasons, but a woman finally won the Top Chef title last night, along with all the fame and fortune a Bravo reality show victory does and doesn't entail. Hey, maybe some Hillary supporters can find solace in Stephanie Izard's victory, The sweet, no-drama Izard, 31, beat out faux-hawked Wylie Dufresne-wannabe Richard Blais and cartoonish villain Lisa Fernandes. While Top Chef villains are typically an Asian male or a skinny white dude, Lisa's evil lesbian character added fresh flavor to this season. And after barely making it to the finale (tragically kicking out sweet single mother Antonia), the bitch brought it last night and cooked some impressive dishes, almost scoring an upset.
