Ladies Can't Be President, Can Be Top Chef

SHE TAKES THE HEAT Stephanie (Photo: Bravo) Bacon ice cream! Foie gras foam! Banana scallops! It must be the Top Chef finale. It took four seasons, but a woman finally won the Top Chef title last night, along with all the fame and fortune a Bravo reality show victory does and doesn't entail. Hey, maybe some Hillary supporters can find solace in Stephanie Izard's victory, The sweet, no-drama Izard, 31, beat out faux-hawked Wylie Dufresne-wannabe Richard Blais and cartoonish villain Lisa Fernandes. While Top Chef villains are typically an Asian male or a skinny white dude, Lisa's evil lesbian character added fresh flavor to this season. And after barely making it to the finale (tragically kicking out sweet single mother Antonia), the [expletive] brought it last night and cooked some impressive dishes, almost scoring an upset.
